El siniestro provoc\u00f3 importantes da\u00f1os materiales, aunque no se reportaron personas lesionadas.<\/strong><\/p>\n<hr>\n<p>El hecho ocurri\u00f3 alrededor de las 04:00 horas, cuando vecinos advirtieron el fuego y dieron aviso a las autoridades. De inmediato, personal de la Divisi\u00f3n Bomberos de Ober\u00e1 se present\u00f3 en el lugar y logr\u00f3 controlar la situaci\u00f3n, evitando que las llamas se propagaran a otras construcciones cercanas.<\/p>\n<p>La vivienda, habitada por dos adultos y un menor, pertenece a una mujer de 72 a\u00f1os. Seg\u00fan las pericias realizadas, el incendio se habr\u00eda originado a ra\u00edz de un desperfecto el\u00e9ctrico.<\/p>\n<p>Las llamas afectaron de manera considerable el inmueble de aproximadamente 6 por 10 metros, provocando da\u00f1os en el techo de zinc, cielorraso, paredes, instalaciones el\u00e9ctricas y una de las habitaciones.<\/p>\n<p>Gracias a la r\u00e1pida intervenci\u00f3n de los bomberos, no se registraron v\u00edctimas ni heridos, aunque las p\u00e9rdidas materiales fueron significativas.
